Kulmani Gupta Supports IIA-Microsoft Initiative to Empower 20,000 MSMEs in Uttar Pradesh with Cloud Technology

LUCKNOW: The Indian Industries Association (IIA) has partnered with Microsoft to enable 20,000 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Uttar Pradesh to adopt cloud technology. This initiative aims to enhance business productivity and profitability by connecting MSMEs with suppliers, distributors, and government agencies.
Kulmani Gupta, Chairman of the IT Working Group at IIA, highlighted the significance of this collaboration, stating, “We are living in a technology-enabled world, and it is crucial for organizations of all sizes and sectors to adopt technology to succeed. Our association with Microsoft is a significant step in this direction, and we are pleased that they are supporting our members in their business journey.”
The program, supported by Pentacle IT Solutions, a leading Microsoft system integrator, focuses on helping MSMEs implement solutions like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and CRM. These tools are expected to streamline operations and facilitate business expansion.
According to the 4th Census of the Ministry of MSME, Uttar Pradesh is home to over 31 lakh MSMEs across more than 75 districts. The collaboration aims to educate and assist these enterprises in adopting modern technologies to foster growth and competitiveness.
